Meadowgate School

Welcome to Meadowgate School
Meadowgate is a community mixed special day school maintained by Cambridgeshire County Council. We offer education to children with either moderate or severe learning difficulties. Meadowgate pupils may join us from the age of two and stay until they are nineteen.

"This is an outstanding school where everyone is totally committed to making the best use of
every minute of the day by providing exciting, motivating and challenging activities"

We have a school mascot!

The pupils were asked to nominate a possible mascot from each class. The candidates were then put to the whole school to vote on. It was very close but Selwyn Frog was the winner by just 2 votes.
He will now be travelling with the school on our visits and hopefully some of you will offer to take him away with you. All we ask is you take a photograph of where you are for our notice board. Our aim I to get him around the UK and to as many countries in the world (not much to ask!) The pupils will follow his progress on two big wall maps and hopefully learn a bit about the places he visits.

Meadowgate is an excellent school!
